2. Description of Services

Maedne provides a coordinated AI agent platform that captures user intent, automates data actions, and supports follow-up workflows for business tools. Our services include but are not limited to AI agent configuration, deployment, integration management, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content that could harm the platform or other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Maedne platform are owned by Maedne and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you process through our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maedne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Maedne harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
